Change is complex. Our Action Framework serves as a guide for supporting local communities to build networks that will create sustainable change.

Our Approach
Look… Observe the current conditions. Notice factors and resources that can enable change. Identify potential allies who align with our vision and values. Look for opportunities to build upon what exists.
Listen… Seek out and listen to the perspectives of people with intellectual and/or psychosocial disabilities, the experiences of their families and friends, and the viewpoints of other stakeholders, such as governments, to identify priorities. |
Dialogue… Gather people in conversation to deepen common understanding of different experiences and perspectives. Make room for new collaborative relationships. Reflective Action… Engage collaborators in ongoing reflection as we learn together, identify new possibilities, and adjust the course of future action so we all become stronger with each step. |
